I don't have any photos or video, but I cooked again! Baked Macaroni and cheese this time. I hadn't planned on making it, until I was at the market and came across canned melted cheddar with the recipe for Mac 'n' Cheese on the back of the can. I pretty much followed the recipe, but added a few ingredients of my own. It wasn't the most delicious meal, but it got the job done. And since there are no photos or clips, I'll let you know how I made it! In recipe form!
Note: I excluded the measures/portions because I don't believe in that shit. Use whatever amount you want of these ingredients, depending on your taste.
Ingredients:
- Corkscrew pasta
- Campbell's Cheddar Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese
- Ricotta Cheese
- Melted Butter
- Mushrooms
- Chopped Spinach
- Pepper
- Bread Crumbs
Instructions or whatever:
- Mix everything except the bread crumbs and melted butter in a bowl (Specifically, one that you can bake stuff in)
- Mix melted butter and bread crumbs, and then add them to the top of the pasta/mix
- Cover the bowl with foil, and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for however long you see fit (mine took about 25 mins)
- Eat! (After safely taking it out of the oven and letting is sit for a bit, of course)
